Hotel Access and Reception

The front door is locked at 10pm. The door code is 1959#

Please note that reception closes at 9pm. We kindly ask that you ensure you have your room key with you if you are returning to the hotel after this time.

Dining Times

Breakfast: 7:30am – 9:30am

Afternoon Tea: 4pm – 5pm, served in the fireside Lounge

Dinner: 7pm – 9:30pm. If you would like to invite guests to join you for dinner, please inform a member of staff in advance.

Kids’ Tea: 5pm – 6pm. Please let us know at breakfast if your child will be joining. 

Housekeeping

As part of our commitment to being environmentally responsible, we aim to minimise unnecessary laundering. If you require fresh towels, please place used ones in the bath or shower.

Bin liners are available on request. 

Facilities

Hot Tub

Available until 7pm. 
Bathrobes can be hired from reception for €10. Please enquire at reception if you wish to use the hot tub.

Children’s Playroom
Open to all children, though unsupervised.
Please ask if you would like the TV turned on.

Ski Storage

The Ski Cabin and Boot Room are locked at 8pm and reopened 8am daily.

Departure Information

Check-Ou Time: by 10am on the day of departure.
If you are leaving before 8am, please settle your bar bill the evening prior.

Ski Hire
Our preferred partner is Delavay Sports, offering guests up to 20% off standard hire rates. 

Lift Passes
Passes for Les Gets/Morzine and the Portes du Soleil ski areas are avaliable at reception. Please note: passes must be paid for at the time of collection. 

Airport Transfers
Return transfers to Geneva Airport can be arranged via reception.
